Zoe Simpson

Zoe graduated from the University of Brighton with a degree in Hospitality Management. She spent her early career in hotels before working for 20 years as a Travel Agent whilst raising a family. She has worked as an Administrator at a vets for 6 years.

In her spare time, she loves gardening, spending time dining outdoors and taking long walks. Zoe adores holidaying on the Yorkshire Coast with her dogs and hopes to retire there one day. She is very passionate about the importance of good nutritious food and very much enjoying her housekeeping role at Merlin House.
