He has over 7 years of experience in Healthcare and Social Housing. He has done several research projects on social housing in the West Midlands and has conducted different assessments within healthcare settings.
Victor is enthusiastic about delivering the right care, the right support while maintaining the right culture. He is a dedicated and hardworking person with the intent of giving back to the community. Over the years, he has promoted peoples independence, ensuring the care and support being delivered is person-centered and that Service Users achieve their goals and aspirations.
