Steph began her career at Leighton Hospital as a Clinical Support Worker in 2004, providing support to a range of complex need patients, focusing on mental health in a patient care setting. She also has experience in CAMHS working at Pine Lodge and Maple Ward in Chester providing support to people aged 13 to 18 needing an acute setting.
Steph has worked within residential homes supporting adults with complex care needs and learning disabilities around Crewe and has an excellent knowledge of caring for people within the community. She continues to enjoy working in the field of complex care and takes pride in offering her support to individuals to maintain person-centred care and enhance their daily living experiences to enjoy every day.
