We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated registered nurses to work within our new care home in Stafford. MUST be registered with NMC.
Our new care home has been developed to support individuals with learning disabilities and additional complex needs to move back to or within their local community from either hospital/secure settings, or due to multiple breakdowns in community support.
The aim of our new care home is to support people in increasing their independence within their daily lives whilst becoming active members of their local community, with the aim for people to be able to gain and maintain the skills and confidence to move to less supported environments and reduce the risk of breakdown in support or hospital admission.
The successful candidates will be part of a multi-professional team whose role will be to support each individual to lead a valued and meaningful life promoting their choices, aspirations and independence. The service consists of a six-bedded purpose-built nurse led care home.
