Sasha began working in care in 2018 and has experience in several different care settings. Sasha joined ECHO Supported Living Services in 2020 and is very happy with what she and the staff team have achieved so far. She is a very much a people person and enjoys making a positive difference to people’s lives and seeing individuals learn new skills. Sasha is dedicated to promoting the independence and well-being of each individual being supported by the service.
She is very keen to gain more experience and take on further training. She hopes to achieve her level 5 with the ambition of one day becoming a manager herself.
