Sally-Anne is a qualified nurse and prior to starting at Malsis Hall worked within the NHS for over 41 years. She brings with her a rich background in nursing, leadership and management having successfully led various healthcare services over the last 20 years in both provider Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).

Sally-Anne brings with her a depth and breadth of knowledge, skills and experience in mental health, autism and learning difficulties.

Her ethos revolves around empathy, dignity, and respect, ensuring that each individual receives personalised and comprehensive care and support tailored to their specific needs.
