With over 30 years’ as a Qualified Nurse Lisa brings a wealth of skills and experience to her role at Malsis Hall.

Having managed Hospitals, Care Homes with and without Nursing, Respite services, Activity Centres and a Befriending service this gives Lisa an insight into all areas of health and social care.

Family involvement is something Lisa is passionate about and this drives her to deliver high quality care involving the individual, their family and their circle of support making sure they are at the heart of all decisions being made.

Lisa strongly believes everyone has a right to be heard and she ensures all individuals feel empowered to make their voice heard.
