Joanne Sutherland

Joanne has almost a decade of experience in the care sector. She has previously specialised in dementia and end of life care and worked her way up to be a Deputy Manager. Joanne began her ECHO journey in February 2023 as a Team Leader. Joanne enjoys spending time with the people we support and encouraging them to access new opportunities enhancing their quality of life.
