James is a Team Leader at ECHO Supported Living Services. Previously he has worked as a Senior Support Worker and Deputy Manager in both residential and supported living settings, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism. He has also worked in a low secure service supporting individuals with forensic backgrounds.
Many of the individuals James has supported have displayed behaviours of concern and he is a strong advocate of Positive Behaviour Support, having spent time working in this field, assisting staff teams to implement recommendations in order to increase a greater quality of life for individuals that he has supported. He is a strong team player and is invested in the wellbeing of his team members.
