Hayley is a Deputy Manager at ECHO Supported Living Services. Prior to this she was a Team Leader for the service and previously she worked for 11 years in an assessment and treatment hospital for Adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, behaviour that is deemed challenging and other physical and complex needs. Hayley had various responsibilities within her roles, such as health co-ordinator and Multi-Disciplinary Team co-ordinator. Hayley has been nominated for numerous awards, including ‘going the extra mile’.
Hayley strives to achieve the highest quality and person-centred care for all individuals. She is approachable and outgoing and maintains a respectful and professional relationship with all Service Users, families and other stakeholders and works well as part of the team as well as leading the team.
