Hayley is a Supported Living Manager and prior to this she was a Team Leader for the service and previously she worked for 11 years in an assessment and treatment hospital for adults with learning disabilities and autism who use behaviours of concern to communicate need. Hayley had various responsibilities within her roles, such as health co-ordinator and Multi-Disciplinary Team co-ordinator. Hayley has been nominated for numerous awards, including ‘going the extra mile’.
Hayley strives to achieve the highest quality and person-centred care for all individuals. She is approachable and outgoing and maintains a respectful and professional relationship with all people supported, families and other stakeholders and works well as part of the team as well as leading the team.
