Ella’s passion for care began when she undertook her degree in Psychology graduating in 2021. From here Ella has progressed through the health and social care sector from Support Worker to Deputy Manager. Ella has worked with individuals who have co-morbid diagnoses such as autism, learning disabilities and mental health problems as well as supporting individuals who display behaviours of concern.
Ella is a PBS coach and as a Team Leader her aim is to ensure all Service Users are striving towards a better quality of life. Ella wishes to continue learning and expanding her knowledge with the hopes of becoming a Clinical Psychologist.
