Cherette has worked in the health and social care sector since 2010 and has been part of the ECHO Supported Living Services team since December 2020. Her experience has included domiciliary, residential, nursing and palliative care. She then started working with adults with learning disabilities, mental ill-health and behaviours of concern.
She achieved the BTEC National Diploma in Health and Social Care NVQ level 3 via college and has progressed to do her Health and Social Care level 6 at University.
Cherette enjoys being part of the ECHO team and seeing the achievements being made daily by the people being supported.
