Chelsea has over 6 years of experience working within the Health & Social Care sector and joined us in March 2021 as a Recovery Support Worker before, more recently, moving onto the role of Care Home Activity Co-ordinator.

Chelsea is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals in this way in order to enhance their general well-being. She is keen to deliver meaningful activities that promote independence and enable service users to live a fulfilled life.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her son making lots of memories together.
