Allison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He recently completed his Master’s in Business Intelligence and Analytics from the University of Huddersfield. With a strong foundation in HR and a keen interest in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions, Allison is dedicated to enhancing workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
