Marie Greenberry is pleased to announce some changes to the Deanston House Management Team, which will extend and strengthen the team.
Marie welcomes Celia Peat into the post of Registered Manager from 01 October 2021. Celia brings with her a wealth of learning disability nursing experience, as well as management and leadership experience and skills. Celia has been in the Team now since Jan-20, starting as a Senior Staff Nurse, then progressing to Clinical Nurse Manager, then Deputy Manager. Celia has a proven track record as an effective, Nurse and Leader at Deanston House and Marie is confident that she will excel in her new role as Registered Manager.
Marie and Celia welcome Vicky Miller into the post of Deputy Manager from 01 September 2021. Vicky is an Adult Nurse, with a wealth of nursing experience in NHS theatres and hospitals, care homes for older people and for people with a learning disability. Vicky has held nursing leadership positions in care homes, where she has developed her leadership and management skills. Vicky joined the Deanston House Team as a Registered Nurse in Jul-20 and has proven to be an excellent Nurse and Leader. Marie and Celia are confident that Vicky’s clinical and leadership skills, as well as her proactive approach to delivering high quality services, will make her a valuable asset to the team.
From 01 October 2021, Marie will resume her previous role as Director of Operations, driving the quality assurance programmes and supporting the operational management of the Service.
We are confident that this will provide Deanston House with a strong Management team who will achieve continuous quality improvements and the best outcomes for the people we support.
