Situated just off Hawksmoor Road in Stafford, Falcon House will form part of a wider residential development and will be an active part of the local community. The site is near to local shops and has good transport links and is within a short distance of the town centre.
The service will be a residential care home with Nursing and will offer care and support to 6 people with Learning Disabilities and other complex needs including Autistic Spectrum Disorder, physical disabilities or distressed behaviour which is challenging to support.
The home will have six large ensuite bedrooms, 3 lounge/communal areas, a secure garden, small office and an assisted bathroom and kitchen. These will all be on the ground floor with the remaining staff facilities on the first floor.
Building work commenced in March 2022 and the site will be complete in February 2023 ready for people to move in.
