In the late 1990’s Graham, after qualifying as a Mental Health Nurse at the University of Hertfordshire, worked mainly in front line mental health services including PICU and acute, as a Nurse and Nurse Manager, both within NHS and independent healthcare settings.
In 2015 he moved on to manage his own nursing rehabilitation service, within the same year receiving an Outstanding from the Care Quality Commission for the responsive actions of the service in meeting the needs of Service Users. Graham strives to maintain clinical excellence in all areas ensuring standards are optimised, through the training and development of his clinical staff team.
He is passionate about promoting Service User’s individual autonomy through effective and responsive rehabilitation, maintaining, and building strong links with NHS partners and community mental health services.
