Demi began her career aged 16, completing an apprenticeship in health and social care within a hospital setting. Over the past 12 years, she has gained extensive experience in various roles, including as a Rapid Response Worker, Complex Care Worker, Care Coordinator, Complex Care Manager, and Supported Living Service Manager.
Throughout her career, Demi has worked with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health concerns. Her experience spans a range of settings, from hospitals and community care to supported living services, allowing her to build a comprehensive understanding of care needs and best practice.
Demi is deeply committed to providing the highest quality of care for both her clients and staff. With a strong focus on clear, effective communication, she strives to ensure that everyone she works with feels supported and valued.
Outside of work, Demi is a proud parent of two children, and in her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in activities with her children.
