Sharena is an experienced operations director with a demonstrable history of working in the health and social care sector. Sharena graduated from the University of Nottingham School of Nursing as a Learning Disability Nurse in 2004 and has worked in a variety of learning disabilities settings for the last 15 years including hospitals, care homes and supported living services.
Sharena has a systematic approach to her work and her main driver is ensuring high quality services that provide real outcomes for people that use services. She has a non-judgmental approach and is sensitive and approachable in regard to the needs of others. She has a practical approach to problem solving and regards herself as self-motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure. Sharena strives to utilise her own enthusiasm and positive attitude to motivate both staff and Service Users, and to provide practical support to cultivate productive working relationships.
