Customer Relationship Manager for the Midlands

Anne has worked within the health and social care industry for over 25 years, graduating from Liverpool University as an Occupational Therapist. Anne has worked across secure services within the NHS and the independent sector. She has also worked in specialised commissioning where she gained further knowledge of Service User care pathways and their experiences.

In her last position she was Head of Customer Relationship Management for a national provider and is skilled in business planning, customer relationship management (CRM), account management, business development and effective budgeting.
